Yes. It is important to us that you love your purchases, and they're a comfortable fit for you. As long as you get the item/s back to us within 30 days of purchase we will issue you with a store credit. The exceptions are gift vouchers, knickers and breast & nipple prostheses. See our Terms and Conditions (will link once live) and for details.

Our website is set up to process deliveries to New Zealand and Australia.  We are happy to process sales from any other country by arrangement, so please contact us.

To claim yourself:

Place your order online and make payment through our website options. A copy of your order will be emailed to you. To make a claim for reimbursement you must first have a Sector Operations payee number. Ring 0800 855 066 – (option 2) for a Payee Number Application Form and a Breast Prostheses Claim Form.

We can make the claim on your behalf:

Alternatively we can process the claim on your behalf, meaning you won't need to pay at all. Download the Breast Prostheses Claim Form, complete with all necessary details, and upload via our contact form along with your medical certificate if it is your first claim. Once we have received your signed claim form, we will process your order and be reimbursed by Health NZ directly.

We reserve the right to invoice for additional postage should your order require additional postage and packaging (eg. rural delivery addresses or large orders), to be agreed prior to sending your items.
