How do I know an item will fit me?
Use our Size Chart. If you order something and it is does not fit, you can return it by contacting us to arrange arrange.
Do you do fittings?
Yes! Contact us any time for a fitting in Dunedin. For anywhere outside of Dunedin, feel free to get in touch - if there is enough interest we may be able to organise a trip.
Can I return items?
Yes, as long as you get the item/s back to us within 30 days of purchase. The exceptions are gift vouchers, knickers and care product items. See our Terms and Conditions and for details.
Where do you deliver to?
Our website is set up to process deliveries to New Zealand and Australia. We are happy to process sales from any other country by arrangement, so please contact us.
How do I pay using my MoH breast prosthesis subsidy?
When completing your delivery details, enter your DoB in the indicated field. You then have 2 options, depending on how quickly you wish to receive your items. It is quicker if you make the claim directly with MoH yourself (option 1):
1. Complete the payment via bank transfer or credit card. We can issue you with a tax invoice / receipt on request which you can use to make the claim directly with the MoH.
2. Select to pay via bank transfer, but DO NOT make the transfer. You will be issued with an order confirmation and invoice, and we will be in touch to initiate the paperwork. Once we have received your signed claim form back from you, we will process your order. Due to MoH requirements, we cannot accept scanned / electronic forms.
How much is delivery?
$10.00 tracked standard post for all items other than Care Packages
$15 courier fee for Care Packages to all New Zealand addresses
NZ$35 for standard postage to all other countries (we do not offer international postage for Care Packages at this stage)
We reserve the right to invoice for additional postage should your order require additional postage and packaging, to be agreed prior to sending your items.
